A Great International Learning OpportunityThis vibrant MSc program in science education and communication at the University of Glasgow caters for the needs of everyone who has an interest in communicating or teaching science, technology, engineering or mathematics in educational settings ranging from schools and universities to museums, magazines and television. During the programme you will acquire the knowledge and skills to be an effective science communicator or educator whilst building a supportive network with others working in related professional contexts. Who is the program for? The program caters for the needs of everyone who has an interest in acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary to teach or communicate in the scientific disciplines, including biology, chemistry, physics, technology, engineering or mathematics. This includes teachers and lecturers, science centre and museum staff, professional scientists, and those involved in the media. The scholarship will provide funding on a fees only basis (full time at home/EU or international rates) for a student studying the above programme and whose dissertation project will focus on Understanding and Communicating Complex Systems.
